CW1128-1198 armoured telephone (SWA)

CW1128-1198 armoured telephone cable is used to interconnect equipment in fixed installations.  The petroleum jelly filler (PJF) acts as a water barrier so that the cable can be used in wet areas and the steel wire armour (SWA) provides protection against mechanical damage. The duct grade outer sheath is made from tough, durable polyethylene which is also UV and sunlight resistant.

These CW1128-1198 cables are suitable for use where the added protection of steel wire armour is required. Ideal for direct burial applications, running through ducting or in harsh environments. They offer a tough solution where cables are needed that will have to endure a variety of weather conditions and possible physical damage. Not recommended for indoor use.
