Lift-2S black double strain pendant flex is a multicore crane cable designed for use in for control applications in elevators, converters, shelving racks or cable lines. The two external strain wires are used to relieve stress. It can also be used as self-supporting shaft cable.
There are two different versions of Lift-2S black double strain pendant cables. Both types are suitable for internal or external use.
The two special torsion-free steel supporting elements found parallel on both sides of the outer jacket are designed to absorb the resulting tensile load during operations. These cables are not suitable for drum reeling installations (where cable is continuously reeled in and out on pulleys or drums under tensile loads).
Polyvinylchloride (PVC) Properties: These compounds are self-extinguishing with fair abrasive resistance, good resistance to water, aqueous salt solutions, acids and alkalis.
