NSHTOU drum reeling neoprene rubber flex

NSHTOU drum reeling rubber flex is designed for installations where cable is continuously reeled in and out on pulleys or drums under tensile loads. Can be used as hawser, drum and towing cable as well as for energy supply chains. Due to their robust nature they are also utilised as trailing cable in rough mining operations, flexible handling equipment and in railway motors.

These NSHTOU drum reeling neoprene cables are weatherproof and thus suitable for use indoors or outdoors including applications where the cable is exposed to adverse conditions; in shipyards, steelworks, scrap yards, dockyard installations and conveyor systems. 

The integrated supporting braid prevents undesirable cable twists, and the formation of so-called corkscrew effects. Suitable for use under low and medium mechanical stress. Applications include in hoists, transporting machines and conveyors. 

PCP or Neoprene Rubber (Polychloroprene) Properties: this self-extinguishing compound has excellent resistance to oxygen, ozone and water. It also has very good resistance to acids, alkalis and solvents plus good abrasion resistance.
