PRT/RTD 4 core TCWB screened 105°C sensor cable

PRT/RTD 4 core TCWB screened 105°C sensor cable for use with resistance temperature detector (RTD) sensors. Suitable for use with PT100 & PT1000 platinum resistance thermometers (PRT).

These flexible PRT/RTD cables have a high temperature PVC sheath and a tinned copper wire braid to protect from electrical interference.

Alternative constructions are available on request, including more sizes (core count), other screening and armouring options or different sheathing materials suitable for use in a range of temperatures. See the chart below for more details.

stranded tinned copper conductors
polyvinylchloride (PVC) core insulation
polyester tape
tinned copper wire braid (TCWB) screen
black high temperature PVC sheath

 

Technical – PRT/RTD 4 core TCWB screened 105°C
conductor make-up: stranded 7x 0.2mm diameter (0.22mm2 area)
temperature range: -10°C to +105°C operating
core identification: coloured 2x red & 2x white
